I’m at Vloggercon right now and one of the things I’ve noticed is that the female to male ratio is much higher than at other technology conferences.
I’d say that 20% of the audience is female. Diversity is a good thing and I think the lack of women in the larger tech industry is not a good thing.

Yeah, sex, race, age was all alot more diverse than at the regular geek events. Super cool. I met a ton of new people too.
